One of Asia's fastest-growing financial services groups seeks a COO to own the full operating model across 11 markets as the business doubles headcount and enters three new geographies.

Arctus Financial Group is a Singapore-headquartered financial services holding company with operating businesses in wealth management, lending, and digital payments across Southeast Asia. The group has 4,200 employees in 11 countries and has grown revenue from SGD 280M to SGD 890M over four years. It is backed by a consortium of sovereign wealth and strategic investors.

Search Context

Rapid expansion has created a need for an operationally exceptional COO who can bring structure, discipline, and scalability to a business moving at venture speed. The current COO is transitioning to an executive director role on the board as the group prepares for a potential IPO.

CANDIDATE PROFILE

✦ Must have.

✦ Proven CEO or equivalent P&L leadership in infrastructure investment or operations

✦ Direct experience managing LP relationships and institutional investor reporting

✦ Track record of organizational leadership at >€5B enterprise scale

✦ Deep knowledge of European infrastructure regulatory environments

✦ Fluent English; additional European language strongly preferred
